Our borrowed land at Moonlight Retreat has been officially recognized as a Certified Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation—a reflection of our commitment to stewardship and coexistence. Here, we honor the idea that humans are just one species in a much larger, interconnected web of life. Thoughtful land management ensures that both people and wildlife can flourish side by side. The habitat provides fresh water, natural shelter, and safe spaces for animals to rest, nest, and raise their young. Native plants offer abundant, seasonal food sources, all intentionally preserved to support biodiversity and create a sanctuary where nature is not only respected, but protected.
